Exterior Restorations was hired to complete water damage restoration and provide a new facelift to a 100 year old home in Boulder, CO.  The repairs included removing flaking and damaged stucco and replacing water deteriorated substrate.  The project also included installing new flashings, scuppers and caulking.  After all the repairs were complete, Exterior Restorations applied new skim coat consisting of basecoat with embedded fiber mesh and a new finish coat.
