Residential Stucco | Denver, CO

Exterior Restorations was hired to install a new ½” hard coat stucco system on a residential home in the Highland’s area north of downtown Denver, CO.  The project included removing the existing hard coat stucco and installing a new water resistive barrier, lath, brown coat and finish coat.  Some of the detailing required new flashings and caulking to be installed to ensure a water-tight stucco system.
